Diplomate of National Board (DNB) is the title awarded by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) to candidates who successfully complete their postgraduate or postdoctoral medical education under it. It conducts examinations in approved disciplines leading to the award of Diplomate of National Board (DNB).

        The National Board of Examinations was established in 1975 with the prime objective of improving the quality of the Medical Education on an all India basis.
