ING Vysya Bank Ltd., is an entity formed with a collaboration of Vysya Bank, a Private Bank in India and International Netherlands Group (ING), of Dutch origin. The bank's main business is classified into banking, asset management and insurance.

        In August 2002, the name of the Bank was changed from Vysya Bank Ltd to ING Vysya Bank Ltd. It's been a long journey since then and the Bank has grown in size and stature and has become one of India's Premier Private Sector Bank.
