Liquid Crystal Display is an image displaying technology used in many electronic devices available in the market today. It has replaced the old cathode ray tube (CRT) displays in Computer monitors and Televisions. LCD utilize two sheets of polarizing material with a liquid crystal solution between them through which an electric current is passed. It gives better clarity and efficiency as compared to the old cathode ray tube (CRT) monitors.
