Energy Utilization Formula

As referenced above in the presentation, energy utilization is estimated by duplicating the quantity of force units consumed inside the time span over which it has been consumed. Subsequently, the energy utilization equation or the power utilization recipe is given as below:

E = P*(t/1000); where E = energy estimated in Joules or in kilowatt-hours (kWh), P = power units in watts,  and t = time over which the power or energy was consumed.   

E_(kWh/day) = P_(W) × t_(h/day)/1000_(W/kW)

Electricity cost calculation

The power cost each day in dollars is equivalent to the energy utilization E in kWh each day times the energy cost of 1 kWh in pennies/kWh separated by 100 pennies for every dollar:
